Frequently Asked Questions

Once you’ve paid you’ll be asked to set up a log in. Once that’s done you’ll be able to access the portal. You’ll automatically be emailed a receipt and log in link to the Portal, so if you didn’t set up the log in when you paid, you’ll be able to do it using the link.

First thing to do is to check your junk/spam folders as our emails often end up in there.  If it is there, move it across to your inbox and whitelist our email address - add it to your Safe Sender list.  If it is not there, then head to Your Courses.  You may need to log in or to register first.  If your course shows up you should be able to access it from there.  If it is not there, then drop me an email on sheena@greenmanquilts.co.uk and we can sort it out.

Don't worry!  Although the materials are planned to a weekly schedule, you should work at your own pace.  The materials will not disappear at the end of the course!  You’ll generally have access for the lifetime of the course, plus you’ll be able to download the course notes and keep them FOREVER.

I don't have access to your password but don't worry, it's easy to reset it. Just click on the Sign In button (top right). Underneath the Log in button you will see the words 'Forgot Password'. Just click that and follow the prompts to reset your password.

It is not possible to issue refunds for digital products for immediate download and customers lose their 14 day right to cancel. This is because it is not possible to recall digital content. By continuing to purchase digital products the customer is acknowledging that they have waived that right.
