Experienced quiltmaker, teacher & pattern designer
I am so excited to see you here. I hope that you find the information you are looking for, but if not – just drop me a message. Beginner or experienced seamstress, I believe that everybody can learn to quilt.
Whether you are new to patchwork and quilting, or looking to extend your skills, you are bound to find something of interest here.
I didn’t start off being a confident seamstress, in fact, I was all but thrown out of the class at school but I had someone who did not give up on me – and that has influenced me and I want to “pass that forward” – so let’s work together and make the world altogether more piece-ful.

A fabulously fun and creative weekend
The Spring Fling in 2025 was a wonderful 48 hours where I had the luxury of thinking about nothing but sewing (with some lovely food, drink and conversation thrown in). Sheena is an inspirational teacher who gave each of us time and space to develop our ideas, while guiding us through new techniques with encouragement and enthusiasm. Thoroughly recommended.
